Roll of Fame Honoree – Manny Guzman

Stockton Mexican-American Bowling League

Gold Medallion

Manny has been bowling for the past 35 years. He started bowling in college. His first year, Manny booked an average in the 140’s. Manny is very supportive of all of the Mexican-American Bowling tournaments and bowls most of them every year.

Manny was a member of the original Stockton Mexican-American Bowling League and has held office as vice president and Sgt-at-Arms.

When Manny carried an average in the 190’s, he was told by some hotshot that he would never carry a 200 average.

Well folks, Manny was motivated. He has carried a 200 plus average for the last 15 years and today comes in with a 226 average.

Manny has 15, yes 15, sanctioned 300 games and numerous 299 games. To prove that he is good for more than one game, Manny has three 800 plus series to his credit.

Manny is the proud father of two children Manuel Raymond and Marsha. Both accomplished bowlers in their own right and has 3 grandsons. Manny and his beautiful wife Bonnie just celebrated their 32nd anniversary on July 5th.

Manny Guzman is a Gold Medallion Honoree.
